Terms of service

Sixvitals reads a website from the outside, the way a visitor and a crawler do, and gives it a score on six pillars: search, AI visibility, security, performance, data integrity and measurement. It re-audits weekly with the same instrument and shows what changed. Scores are measurements taken from public pages at a point in time. Estimates are labelled as estimates and the assumptions are shown.

It is not a penetration test, a security certification, a legal or compliance opinion, or a guarantee that a site is free of problems. A high score means we found nothing wrong with what we could measure; it does not mean nothing is wrong.

Sign-in is by email link or Google; there is no password. Keep your email account secure: whoever controls it controls your Sixvitals account. Give us a working email address, and tell us if it changes. One person per account; you may not share sign-in links. You must be at least 16.

You may add any public domain. Until you prove you control it, you see a summary only: the overall score and letter grades, with security and every individual finding withheld. That limit exists because a full report maps a site’s weaknesses, which is useful to an owner and dangerous in anyone else’s hands.

Proof is a DNS record we ask you to publish. We may also confirm ownership ourselves for accounts we have arranged this with, and we may withdraw any verification we reasonably believe was obtained by someone who does not control the domain. By verifying a domain you confirm that you own it or are authorised by its owner to audit it and to receive its findings.

You agree not to:

• use Sixvitals to find weaknesses in a site you are not authorised to audit, or pass findings to anyone who would misuse them;
• circumvent the verification step, rate limits or plan limits, or access another account’s data;
• scrape, resell or white-label the service or its reports without our written agreement;
• add domains in bulk to probe the instrument or to burden the sites we crawl;
• use the service in a way that breaks the law where you are.

We may suspend or close accounts that do any of this, and we may remove a domain from the service when its owner asks us to.

When you add a site, our crawler (SixvitalsBot) fetches its public pages: identified, rate-limited, respecting robots.txt, never logging in. You are responsible for having the right to let us do that. If a site you add belongs to someone else and they ask us to stop, we will, and we may tell you why the site is gone.

The free plan includes a set number of sites, a weekly audit for each verified site and a limit on manual re-runs; the exact numbers are shown in the app. We may change what a plan includes, add paid plans, or retire features, with reasonable notice for anything that reduces what you already have. Paid plans, when offered, will have their own price and billing terms shown before you subscribe.

Your website and its content stay yours. You give us the permission we need to fetch, store, analyse and display it inside your account, and to show the overall score on a public scorecard if you share the link. The reports we produce are for your use; you may share them freely. Sixvitals itself, its scoring methodology, rules, designs and software are ours and remain so.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; everything in it is removed immediately, except the ownership records described in the privacy policy. We can end the agreement by closing your account for a breach of section 4, or by discontinuing the service with at least 30 days’ notice.

Sixvitals is provided as is, with the honest limits of an outside-in measurement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that acting on a finding will have any particular result for your traffic, rankings or security. To the extent the law allows, ZetaFusion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost revenue or data, arising from the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ZetaFusion LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@sixvitals.com; most problems are fixable in a few messages. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top moves, and continued use after a change means you accept it. This page and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Sixvitals.
